Mark E. Deily, CPA founded his public accounting firm in the city of Claremont in 1978. After joining the firm in 1979, Daniel R. Davidson, CPA left to opened his public accounting firm in 1984 in the city of Downey. In 1988, Mr. Al Harb, CPA joined Mr. Davidson in forming Davidson, Harb & Company. After 8 years, Mr. Harb left the firm to serve as a missionary in Russia.

Over the years, both CPA practices grew in all areas of service and, though independently owned and operated, a close personal and professional relationship continued. After determining that a merger of the two CPA practices would benefit the individual firms and more importantly, the clientele, Davidson, Deily & Company, P.C. was founded in 1997.

As members of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants, Davidson, Deily & Company, PC subjects itself to peer review of its professional practice.
